Job Requirements
- Up-to-date cosmetology license with at least three years of practice
- ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and peak hours
- passion for the hair and beauty industry
- previous salon experience
- strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- calm and composed under pressure
- commitment to maintaining a clean and enjoyable salon environment
Job Qualifications
- Minimum three years experience in staff management and recruitment
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- strong technical proficiency with software and Mac systems
- experience in inventory management and retail merchandising
- ability to work collaboratively within a team
- proactive and adaptable to change
- proven leadership skills in a salon or customer service environment
Job Duties
- Oversee day-to-day operations and maintain a lively salon atmosphere
- manage team scheduling, payroll, and inventory control
- set and achieve in-bar sales goals and motivate staff to exceed targets
- hire, train, support, and retain salon staff
- ensure a clean and professional work environment
- collaborate with marketing team on initiatives
- handle guest relations to ensure superior customer experience
