Job Requirements
- Currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in a relevant field
- Active interest in the Salesforce ecosystem
- Completed 50+ Badges on Trailhead or working toward Salesforce Associate or Administrator certification
- Understanding of SDLC
- Analytical mindset
- Detail-oriented
- Available to be on-site ~60% of the time
Job Qualifications
- Currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Tech, Economics) or demonstrating a strong interest in technical systems and operations
- Active interest in the Salesforce ecosystem
- Ideally, completed 50+ Badges on Trailhead or working toward Salesforce Associate or Administrator certification
- Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Analytical mindset with enjoyment of logic puzzles and problem-solving
- Detail-oriented with the ability to notice inconsistencies and illogical user flows
- Available to be on-site ~60% of the time
Job Duties
- Execute testing: perform manual testing on Salesforce configurations (flows, validation rules, custom objects) to ensure they meet business requirements before they reach production
- Build the library: create our foundational library of test cases, documenting steps to reproduce errors, expected results, and actual results to ensure long-term system health
- Bug hunting: log and track defects in our project management tool (e.g., Jira/Asana), collaborating with the operations team to verify fixes and close loops
- Process documentation: draft Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and user guides for new features, ensuring our technical documentation is accurate and easy to understand
- Data analysis: utilize Excel/Google Sheets to track testing progress and identify trends regarding where our system breaks most often to drive future improvements
