Job Requirements

Minimum age of 16 years or older
ability to remain standing for long periods
ability to move throughout the store
physical capability for regular bending, lifting, carrying, reaching, and stretching
ability to lift heavy boxes and access high shelves using ladder or similar equipment
ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation
compliance with federal, state, and local job requirements

Job Qualifications

Retail and/or customer service experience preferred
ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and early mornings
strong communication and interpersonal skills
ability to stand for extended periods
capable of lifting heavy boxes and using ladders safely
positive and respectful attitude
ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures
basic cash handling skills

Job Duties

Help customers shop, locate products, and provide them with solutions
provide a fast and friendly checkout experience
execute cash handling to standards
engage customers on the benefits of the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and complete enrollments
educate customers on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey
assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS)
participate in the truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes
complete merchandise recovery and maintenance including the merchandise return/go back process and general store recovery
perform Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties
support shrink and safety programs
adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and company policies
interact respectfully and promote commitment to the organization’s vision and values
cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production
perform other duties as assigned
