Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, communications or marketing preferred
  • Minimum 3 years experience in sales or brand ambassador roles
  • Proven ability to increase brand distribution and revenue
  • Experience in wine and spirits retail or on-premise preferred
  • Bartender or mixologist experience preferred
  • Proficient in VIP, Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and email management
  • Ability to independently manage schedules to meet business objectives
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, fluid environment
  • Strong emotional intelligence with adaptable communication styles
  • Ability to manage budgets
  • Physically able to lift 10-50 pounds
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
  • Willingness to work evenings and weekends
  • Must be located in the Chicagoland area
  • No history of DUI or multiple traffic infractions

Job Qualifications

  • Ability to manage own schedule and meet objectives
  • Comfortable working in a fluid launching environment with multiple stakeholders
  • High emotional intelligence and adaptable communication skills
  • Budget management skills
  • Able to lift 10-50 pounds
  • Valid driver's license with reliable vehicle
  • Able to work evenings and weekends as required

Job Duties

  • Work in the field selling Good Trouble Bourbon to designated accounts individually or with distributor sales colleagues
  • Secure new account distribution on-premise
  • Sell menu placements on-premise
  • Manage retail distribution, shelf management, and display management
  • Conduct staff training sessions to promote Good Trouble Bourbon
  • Meet monthly business objectives including training sessions, samplings, and depletion goals
  • Record results and share weekly recaps and prepare monthly overviews
  • Implement brand point of sale materials in designated accounts
  • Represent the brand at trade shows, festivals, and consumer events
  • Manage brand promotional and T&E budgets and review monthly recaps
  • Conduct team meetings and collaborate with distributor sales force
  • Represent Good Trouble Bourbon professionally and with integrity
