Job Requirements

  • A minimum of one year successful Wyndham sales experience
  • Strong working knowledge of Club Wyndham, WorldMark by Wyndham, and Shell Vacations Club
  • A minimum of one year sales management experience preferred
  • Proven track record with the ability to manage turnover tables
  • Specialist Presenter experience preferred
  • Must have a California real estate license
  • Thorough understanding of Wyndham's products
  • Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office is a plus
  • Ability to interface with all levels of employees in a professional manner
  • Effective time management skills
  • Work schedule flexibility
  • Some travel may be required

Job Qualifications

  • Strong working knowledge of Club Wyndham, WorldMark by Wyndham, and Shell Vacations Club
  • Minimum of one year sales management experience preferred
  • Proven track record with ability to manage turnover tables effectively
  • Specialist Presenter experience preferred
  • Must hold a California real estate license
  • Thorough understanding of Wyndham’s products
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office is a plus
  • Ability to interact professionally with all levels of employees
  • Effective time management skills
  • Flexible work schedule
  • Willingness to travel as needed

Job Duties

  • Be an integral part of the site senior leadership team
  • Communicate and partner with Site VP, Regional Director of Training, Regional Director of Recruiting, Site Recruiters, HR, and other site trainers
  • Identify opportunities relating to training, sales lines, and sales processes and implement positive changes
  • Lead with influence and support Specialist Presenter team for training and compliance
  • Oversee delivery of Wyndham’s 'Play to Win' new hire training curriculum and ‘Road to Success’ 12-week follow-up training
  • Facilitate 'Reunite for Results' session within 45 days of graduating class
  • Ensure compliance with online tests and training courses
  • Select and support underperforming sales reps through JumpStart program
  • Report on actions taken with JumpStart reps monthly
  • Monitor new hire turnover and ensure new hires reach 100% budgeted sales performance within 90 days
  • Keep training collateral up-to-date
  • Support new technology rollouts as a subject matter expert
  • Conduct follow-up coaching, continued education, and topical trainings regularly
