Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred
  • 1-3 months related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Requires a current, valid state driver's license and ability to meet vehicle insurance requirements as defined by the company
  • Product knowledge applicable to wine and spirits industry
  • Experience stocking shelves and understanding of how to create product displays

Job Duties

  • Assist customers with stocking shelves, resetting coolers, and creating displays for their purchased products
  • Solidify strong customer relationships
  • Work with customers to understand areas where support is needed and then provide this help
  • Place prices and descriptive signs on product
  • Check account’s on hand inventory and submit replenishment orders to fill gaps
  • Prepare and maintain displays
  • Accurately sort, label, and store goods
  • Maintain merchandising reports
  • Survey the account for merchandising opportunities and present promotional activities/material that will improve their representation in the store
  • Report competitive activity and pricing as it occurs to immediate supervisor
  • Cover open sales territory, as needed and as applicable, due to absence or vacation
  • Work some nights, some weekends, and/or some holidays as required
