Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years of experience
- Working knowledge of fundamental concepts, practices and procedures of the sales department or field
- Familiarity with sales database software such as Salesforce
- Good listening, verbal and written communication skills
- Good customer service skills
- Ability to establish effective working relationships at the work group level
- Good organizational skills with ability to multi-task, prioritize and follow up
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Job Duties
- Provide a wide variety of administrative and clerical support to managers, attorneys and sales reps
- Schedule travel arrangements and meetings
- Process expense reports and invoices
- Monitor general voicemail inbox
- Support sales representatives in account servicing as needed
- Assist in customer service functions and resolve issues
- Generate reports and maintain accuracy of sales database systems
- Coordinate marketing-related requests and distribute marketing materials
- Organize venues and vendors for tradeshows and company events
- Deliver training and coordinate educational events
- Provide event follow-up communication to clients and staff
