Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-3 years of retail experience preferably in luxury retail
  • knowledge of fashion trends and marketplace
  • proficiency with cash register and basic computer skills
  • ability to communicate effectively
  • ability to maneuver sales floor and stock rooms including physical tasks
  • ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
  • flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays and during high retail traffic periods
  • adherence to Coach scheduling and availability expectations

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • college degree preferred
  • 1-3 years of retail experience preferably in luxury retail service environment
  • knowledge of current fashion trends and marketplace competition
  • proficiency with cash register systems and basic computer skills including iPad, laptop, Mobile POS, and internet
  • ability to use walkie talkie and understand price/product release sheets
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to perform physical tasks such as climbing, bending, kneeling, and lifting up to 50 pounds

Job Duties

  • Greet customers with a smile and direct eye contact and offer your name
  • interact genuinely and naturally with customers
  • conduct email/name capture where permitted
  • operate POS accurately and maintain cash wrap organization and cleanliness
  • suggest multiple add-ons and sell gift cards
  • receive shipment and transfers
  • notify store management of new product arrivals
  • scan cartons and verify store information
  • communicate discrepancies to store management
  • process shipments and transfers according to Coach standards and timeframes
  • organize and clean stock room daily
  • manage stock levels and product ownership in back-of-house and sales floor
  • conduct regular cycle counts and participate in store physical inventory counts
  • maintain company loss prevention standards
  • replenish sales floor and assigned zones
  • support sales floor activities as directed
  • effectively communicate product features, price points, and stock availability to customers
  • respond confidently to customer requests and partner with sales team or management when needed
  • uphold housekeeping standards
