  • Experience in sales, client acquisition, construction, warehouse work, labor, customer service, restaurant or hospitality industry, retail, or related fields
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to calculate and prepare job estimates on site

  • Demonstrated self-confidence and trustworthiness
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Friendly and outgoing personality

Job Duties

  • Strategically and systematically develop a commercial customer base through direct cold call sales effort
  • Acquire new commercial and residential customers through personal contacts and community networking groups
  • Acquire new commercial and residential customers through follow-up phone calls for written estimates given on site
  • Meet weekly, monthly, quarterly, or annual sales goals
  • Perform ladder work and travel between jobs
  • Prepare job estimates on site
  • Maintain accurate paperwork
