Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Drive and motivation to excel in sales
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients
- Comfortable receiving and using constructive criticism
- Flexible schedule to meet the needs of the role
Job Qualifications
- Personal training certification in ACE, NASM, ACSM, NSCA or NCSF and/or a license in therapeutic massage or other accredited bodywork
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
- Willingness to learn and adapt based on feedback
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is advantageous but not required
Job Duties
- Drive membership sales to each guest who comes into Stretch Zone
- Improve your sales skillset using tools provided, practicing with others & participating in virtual learning opportunities
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting everyone who comes through the door with a smile, scheduling all appointments, answering the phone, and addressing any member concerns
- Own member retention by following the daily operation guides, excellent customer service, and consistent follow-ups
- Promote the value behind practitioner-assisted stretching by hitting all sales goals, encouraging add-on sessions, and actively working to improve your sales skills
- Protect the culture of Stretch Zone by building a positive and professional relationship with all members and team members
