Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- No prior sales experience required but must have drive and willingness to learn
- Ability to provide excellent customer service
- Comfortable with flexible scheduling
- Willingness to receive and act on constructive feedback
Job Qualifications
- Personal training certification in ACE, NASM, ACSM, NSCA or NCSF or a license in therapeutic massage or other accredited body work preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Goal-oriented and driven personality
- Willingness to learn and improve sales skills continuously
Job Duties
- Drive membership sales to each guest who comes into Stretch Zone
- Improve your sales skillset using tools provided, practicing with others, and participating in virtual learning opportunities
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting everyone who comes through the door with a smile, scheduling all appointments, answering the phone, and addressing any member concerns
- Own member retention by following the daily operation guides, excellent customer service, and consistent follow-ups
- Promote the value behind practitioner-assisted stretching by hitting all sales goals, encouraging add-on sessions, and actively working to improve your sales skills
- Protect the culture of Stretch Zone by building a positive and professional relationship with all members and team members
