Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- at least one year in an office setting
- ability to work flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
- ability to resolve problems and conflicts in a diplomatic and tactful manner
- must have a passion for creating an exceptional experience for all guests
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- at least one year in an office setting
- at least three years administrative experience preferred
- prior hospitality experience preferred
- ability to work flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
- ability to resolve problems and conflicts in a diplomatic and tactful manner
- passion for creating exceptional guest experiences
Job Duties
- Create proposals and estimates for sales managers
- manage group functions and bookings in CRM
- assist director of sales with monthly and quarterly reporting
- provide administrative support to sales managers
- answer and respond to incoming calls
- maintain strong knowledge of sales managers schedules and assist with travel planning and client meetings
- help coordinate in-market client events
- welcome incoming guests with courteous and professional attitude
- handle meeting planner and guest requests promptly and with high level of accuracy
- prepare sales correspondence, proposals, contracts and other written documents as requested
- maintain a clean and organized work area
- maintain accurate files and records for sales and conventions department
- responsible for inventory control of resort related collateral
- maintain records for all VIPs, special requests, etc.
- maintain up to date working knowledge of all resort amenities and special events
- interact with resort staff professionally and assist other departments with necessary information
- act responsibly towards all company property, supplies and equipment
- maintain professional appearance and follow all Sunriver Resort dress code standards
- perform other duties as assigned
