Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- minimum of 1 year experience in customer service or similar roles in automotive, retail, sales, or hospitality industries
- ability to communicate effectively in person and over the phone
- capacity to maintain organized scheduling and appointment systems
- proficiency with office equipment and technology
- strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- reliable and punctual work ethic
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- minimum of 1 year in customer service or similar positions in automotive, retail, sales, or hospitality industries
- strong communication and organizational skills
- proficiency in using telephone switchboards and office equipment
- ability to multitask and manage administrative duties effectively

- familiarity with office administration and clerical tasks
Job Duties
- Effectively and efficiently follow quality control procedures and office administration
- promptly and professionally communicate with clients in-person and via telephone on the computerized switchboard to promote excellent client relations and ensure the highest levels of client satisfaction
- maintain consistent knowledge of company structure, telephone system, dealership and department operations
- effectively and efficiently maintain and update appointment calendars and place reminder calls prior to scheduled appointments
- receive, sort, and route mail and maintain and route publications
- maintain fax machines, assist users, send faxes, and retrieve and route incoming faxes
- manage office supply inventory and perform clerical duties including scanning, filing, data entry, photocopying, and collating
- work closely with management to compile and maintain verified accounts payable records, reconcile statements, and issue payments to vendors
- follow established policies and procedures relevant to assigned responsibilities
- immediately communicate with management when client concerns or situations arise
