Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • minimum of 1 year experience in customer service or similar roles in automotive, retail, sales, or hospitality industries
  • ability to communicate effectively in person and over the phone
  • capacity to maintain organized scheduling and appointment systems
  • proficiency with office equipment and technology
  • strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • reliable and punctual work ethic

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • minimum of 1 year in customer service or similar positions in automotive, retail, sales, or hospitality industries
  • strong communication and organizational skills
  • proficiency in using telephone switchboards and office equipment
  • ability to multitask and manage administrative duties effectively
  • professional attitude and courteous demeanor
  • familiarity with office administration and clerical tasks

Job Duties

  • Effectively and efficiently follow quality control procedures and office administration
  • promptly and professionally communicate with clients in-person and via telephone on the computerized switchboard to promote excellent client relations and ensure the highest levels of client satisfaction
  • maintain consistent knowledge of company structure, telephone system, dealership and department operations
  • effectively and efficiently maintain and update appointment calendars and place reminder calls prior to scheduled appointments
  • receive, sort, and route mail and maintain and route publications
  • maintain fax machines, assist users, send faxes, and retrieve and route incoming faxes
  • manage office supply inventory and perform clerical duties including scanning, filing, data entry, photocopying, and collating
  • work closely with management to compile and maintain verified accounts payable records, reconcile statements, and issue payments to vendors
  • follow established policies and procedures relevant to assigned responsibilities
  • immediately communicate with management when client concerns or situations arise
