Job Requirements
- high school diploma or GED
- minimum of 1 year experience in customer service or related roles
- valid CA driver license
- ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- proficiency with telephone systems and office software
- attention to detail

- minimum of 1 year experience in customer service or similar positions in automotive, retail, sales, or hospitality industries
- valid CA driver license
- excellent communication skills
- proficiency with computerized switchboards
- ability to multitask and maintain organized workflow
- strong interpersonal skills
- knowledge of office administration procedures
Job Duties
- effectively and efficiently follow quality control procedures and office administration
- promptly and professionally communicate with clients in-person and via telephone on computerized switchboard to promote excellent client relations and ensure client satisfaction
- determine purpose of visit or call and seek clarification if unclear
- forward client or call to appropriate personnel or department while providing an introduction to secondary personnel
- retrieve messages from voice mail and forward to appropriate personnel
- monitor visitor access and issue passes
- maintain consistent knowledge of company structure, telephone system, dealership and department operations
- update appointment calendars and place reminder calls prior to scheduled appointments
- receive, sort, and route mail and maintain publications
- maintain fax machines, assist users, and send and retrieve faxes
- manage office supply inventory and perform clerical duties such as scanning, filing, data entry, photocopying, and collating
- compile and maintain verified accounts payable records and reconcile statements with management
- follow established policies and procedures
- communicate promptly with management regarding client concerns or situations
