Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous sales experience preferred
- Strong follow-up and communication skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- Ability to conduct site visits and occasional outdoor work
- Must be physically able to lift at least 10 lbs.
- Must own and operate a smart phone
- Must have reliable transportation
- Dependable and self-motivated
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Job Qualifications
- Experience with financing options and payment plans
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook
- Experience with lead management or CRM systems (preferred)
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to perform in a competitive sales environment
- Dependable, self-motivated, and solution-oriented
- Ability to contribute to a positive, team-focused workplace
- Must be physically able to lift and carry at least 10 lbs. when needed

Job Duties
- Convert qualified leads into sales while building long-term customer relationships
- Sell luxury wellness products by understanding customer needs and recommending the best solutions
- Drive revenue growth by following up on every lead in a timely manner using multiple channels (phone, text, email, social media)
- Track and manage leads and progress according to company guidelines
- Monitor KPIs and proactively develop strategies to address opportunities
- Maintain the highest standards of professionalism, accountability, and compliance with company policies
- Follow all sales and operational processes consistently
- Assist with showroom merchandising, cleaning, and replenishment as needed
- Work a flexible retail schedule, including weekends and some holidays
- Conduct site visits to customers’ homes when required
- Work primarily indoors, with occasional outdoor work for events or installations
