Job Requirements
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Ability and willingness to work a flexible retail schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Minimum of high school education or equivalent
- Ability to operate electronic sales tools
- Strong communication skills
- Motivated and driven to succeed
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to use electronic devices such as tablets and touch screens
- 2+ years of retail sales experience preferred but not required
- Previous experience in customer service or sales roles
- Positive attitude and outgoing personality
- Team player with motivation to succeed
Job Duties
- Greet and engage customers
- Uncover customer home furnishing needs to help make their design vision a reality
- Generate sales through a consultative approach
- Build rapport with customers through strong interpersonal and listening skills
- Encourage additional product purchases to complete the room
- Work as a team to achieve sales goals
- Explain financing and protection plans
- Demonstrate product value and explain benefits that fulfill customer needs
