Job Requirements

  • Authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Ability and willingness to work a flexible retail schedule including days evenings weekends and holidays
  • Basic knowledge of electronic devices such as tablets and touch screens
  • Prior retail sales experience preferred but not required
  • Strong communication skills verbal and written
  • Positive attitude and ability to engage customers
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Job Duties

  • Greet and engage customers
  • Uncover customer's home furnishing needs to help them make their design vision become a reality
  • Generate sales through a consultative approach
  • Build rapport with customers through strong interpersonal skills and excellent listening skills earning their business through honest conversation filled with integrity
  • Encourage additional products to complete the room
  • Work as a team to achieve sales goals
  • Explain financing and protection plans
  • Demonstrate our product value and explain benefits that fulfill the customer’s needs
