Job Requirements

Authorized to work in the U.S.
Ability and willingness to work a flexible retail schedule including days evenings weekends and holidays
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong communication skills
Ability to use electronic sales tools
Prior retail or customer service experience preferred

Job Qualifications

2+ years of retail sales experience preferred but not required
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Able to use current electronic devices such as tablets and touch screens
Great listener with a positive attitude and an outgoing personality
Team player driven and motivated to succeed

Job Duties

Greet and engage customers
Uncover customer's home furnishing needs to help them make their design vision become a reality
Generate sales through a consultative approach
Build rapport with customers through strong interpersonal skills and excellent listening skills
Encourage additional products to complete the room
Work as a team to achieve sales goals
Explain financing and protection plans
Demonstrate product value and explain benefits that fulfill the customer's needs
