Job Requirements

  • Authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Ability to work flexible hours including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Willingness to use electronic sales tools such as tablets and touch screens
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written
  • Customer service experience in direct sales or service industries
  • At least high school diploma or equivalent

Job Qualifications

  • Experience working directly with customers in service roles preferred
  • Two or more years of retail sales experience preferred but not required
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to use current electronic devices such as tablets and touch screens
  • Positive attitude and outgoing personality
  • Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including days, evenings, weekends and holidays
  • Motivated and driven team player

Job Duties

  • Greet and engage customers
  • Uncover customer's home furnishing needs to help them make their design vision become a reality
  • Generate sales through a consultative approach
  • Build rapport with customers through strong interpersonal and listening skills
  • Encourage additional products to complete the room
  • Work as a team to achieve sales goals
  • Explain financing and protection plans
  • Demonstrate product value and explain benefits that fulfill customer needs
