Authorized to work in the U.S.
Ability and willingness to work a flexible retail schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Strong verbal and written communication skills

2+ years of retail sales experience preferred

Job Duties

Greet and engage customers
Uncover customer home furnishing needs to help make their design vision a reality
Generate sales through a consultative approach
Build rapport with customers through strong interpersonal and listening skills
Encourage additional products to complete the room
Work as a team to achieve sales goals
Explain financing and protection plans
Demonstrate product value and explain benefits that fulfill customer needs
