Job Requirements
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Ability and willingness to work a flexible retail schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to use electronic devices like tablets and touch screens
- Positive attitude and outgoing personality
- Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
- Previous retail sales experience preferred but not required

- Ability to use current electronic devices such as tablets and touch screens
- Positive attitude and outgoing personality
- Experience working in customer service roles such as servers, bartenders, retail salespeople, real estate professionals, or flight attendants is beneficial
- Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Greet and engage customers
- Uncover customer’s home furnishing needs to help them make their design vision become a reality
- Generate sales through a consultative approach
- Build rapport with customers through strong interpersonal skills and excellent listening skills, earning their business through honest conversation filled with integrity
- Encourage additional products to complete the room
- Work as a team to achieve sales goals
- Explain financing and protection plans
- Demonstrate product value and explain benefits that fulfill the customer’s needs
