  • able to use current electronic devices such as tablets and touch screens
  • strong verbal and written communication skills
  • 2+ years of retail or clearance sales experience preferred but not required
  • ability and willingness to work a flexible retail schedule including days evenings weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Greet and engage customers
  • uncover customer's home furnishing needs to help them make their design vision become a reality
  • generate sales through a consultative approach
  • build rapport with customers through strong interpersonal skills and excellent listening skills
  • encourage additional products to complete the room
  • work as a team to achieve sales goals
  • explain financing and protection plans
  • demonstrate product value and explain benefits that fulfill the customer's needs
