Job Requirements

  • authorized to work in the U.S.
  • ability and willingness to work a flexible retail schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • no specific education requirement
  • customer service experience from any industry
  • basic proficiency with electronic devices
  • excellent communication skills

Job Qualifications

  • 2+ years of retail sales experience preferred but not required
  • strong verbal and written communication skills
  • ability to use current electronic devices such as tablets and touch screens
  • positive attitude and outgoing personality
  • ability to work a flexible retail schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Greet and engage customers
  • uncover customer's home furnishing needs to help them make their design vision become a reality
  • generate sales through a consultative approach
  • build rapport with customers through strong interpersonal skills and excellent listening skills
  • encourage additional products to complete the room
  • work as a team to achieve sales goals
  • explain financing and protection plans
  • demonstrate product value and explain benefits that fulfill the customer's needs
