Job Requirements
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Ability and willingness to work a flexible retail schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic proficiency with electronic devices
- Excellent communication skills
- Motivated and with a positive attitude
- Previous retail sales experience preferred
- Must be a team player

Job Duties
- Greet and engage customers
- Uncover customer's home furnishing needs to help them make their design vision become a reality
- Generate sales through a consultative approach
- Build rapport with customers through strong interpersonal and listening skills, earning their business through honest conversation filled with integrity
- Encourage additional products to complete the room
- Work as a team to achieve sales goals
- Explain financing and protection plans
- Demonstrate product value and explain benefits that fulfill the customer's needs
