Job Requirements

  • Authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Ability and willingness to work a flexible retail schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to use current electronic devices, such as tablets and touch screens
  • 2+ years of retail sales experience preferred, but not required
  • Positive attitude and outgoing personality
  • Team player, driven, and motivated to succeed

Job Duties

  • Greet and engage customers
  • Uncover customer's home furnishing needs to help them make their design vision become a reality
  • Generate sales through a consultative approach
  • Build rapport with customers through strong interpersonal skills and excellent listening skills, earning their business through honest conversation filled with integrity
  • Encourage additional products to complete the room
  • Work as a team to achieve sales goals
  • Explain financing and protection plans
  • Demonstrate our product value and explain benefits that fulfill the customer's needs
