Job Requirements
- ability and willingness to work a flexible retail schedule which includes days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- authorized to work in the U.S.
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- minimum of 2 years retail sales experience preferred
- excellent communication skills
- proficiency with electronic sales tools

- 2+ years of retail sales experience preferred but not required

Job Duties
- Greet and engage customers
- uncover customer's home furnishing needs to help them make their design vision become a reality
- generate sales through a consultative approach
- build rapport with customers, through strong interpersonal skills and excellent listening skills. earning their business through honest conversation filled with integrity
- encourage additional products to complete the room
- work as a team to achieve sales goals
- explain financing and protection plans
- demonstrate our product value and explain benefits that fulfill the customer's needs
