Job Requirements

  • Authorization to work in the U.S.
  • Ability and willingness to work flexible retail schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Comfortable using electronic sales tools and devices
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
  • Reliable transportation to work location

Job Qualifications

  • 2+ years of retail sales experience preferred but not required
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to use current electronic devices such as tablets and touch screens
  • Positive attitude and outgoing personality
  • Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Proven ability to build rapport and listen to customers
  • Motivated and driven to succeed
  • Team player

Job Duties

  • Greet and engage customers
  • Uncover customer's home furnishing needs to help them make their design vision become a reality
  • Generate sales through a consultative approach
  • Build rapport with customers through strong interpersonal skills and excellent listening skills
  • Encourage additional products to complete the room
  • Work as a team to achieve sales goals
  • Explain financing and protection plans
  • Demonstrate product value and explain benefits that fulfill the customer's needs
