- authorized to work in the U.S.
- ability and willingness to work a flexible retail schedule including days evenings weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- 2+ years of retail sales experience preferred but not required
- strong verbal and written communication skills
- ability to use current electronic devices such as tablets and touch screens
- great listener with a positive attitude and outgoing personality
- team player driven and motivated to succeed
Job Duties
- greet and engage customers
- uncover customer home furnishing needs to help them make their design vision a reality
- generate sales through a consultative approach
- build rapport with customers through strong interpersonal and listening skills
- encourage additional product sales to complete the room
- work as a team to achieve sales goals
- explain financing and protection plans
- demonstrate product value and explain benefits that fulfill customer needs
