Job Requirements
- Experience working directly with customers in service roles such as servers bartenders retail salespeople real estate professionals or flight attendants
- willingness and ability to work a flexible retail schedule including days evenings weekends and holidays
- strong communication skills both verbal and written
- ability to operate tablets and touch screen devices
- authorization to work in the U.S.

Job Duties
- Greet and engage customers
- uncover customer's home furnishing needs to help them make their design vision become a reality
- generate sales through a consultative approach
- build rapport with customers through strong interpersonal and excellent listening skills earning their business through honest conversation filled with integrity
- encourage additional products to complete the room
- work as a team to achieve sales goals
- explain financing and protection plans
- demonstrate product value and explain benefits that fulfill the customer's needs
