Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience in travel and hospitality or related BPO services
- Proven ability to close high-value deals
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Knowledge of travel technology and industry trends
- Self-motivated with a hustler’s mindset
- Experience working with CXOs and senior leadership
Job Qualifications
- Proven sales success in travel and hospitality sector
- Experience selling BPO or outsourcing services is a plus
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Ability to build relationships with C-level executives
- Strong understanding of travel and hospitality pain points
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
Job Duties
- Own the Travel & Hospitality vertical
- Sell solutions tailored to airlines, hotels, resorts, OTAs, and cruise lines
- Build and maintain relationships with CXOs and decision-makers
- Stay updated on travel technology and industry trends
- Drive deals through the sales pipeline with urgency and precision
- Present and negotiate solutions confidently
- Collaborate with internal teams to customize offerings for client needs
