Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience in travel and hospitality or related BPO services
  • Proven ability to close high-value deals
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Knowledge of travel technology and industry trends
  • Self-motivated with a hustler’s mindset
  • Experience working with CXOs and senior leadership

Job Qualifications

  • Proven sales success in travel and hospitality sector
  • Experience selling BPO or outsourcing services is a plus
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to build relationships with C-level executives
  • Strong understanding of travel and hospitality pain points
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred

Job Duties

  • Own the Travel & Hospitality vertical
  • Sell solutions tailored to airlines, hotels, resorts, OTAs, and cruise lines
  • Build and maintain relationships with CXOs and decision-makers
  • Stay updated on travel technology and industry trends
  • Drive deals through the sales pipeline with urgency and precision
  • Present and negotiate solutions confidently
  • Collaborate with internal teams to customize offerings for client needs
