Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • minimum of 3 years sales experience in travel, hospitality, or related sectors
  • demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • proficiency in CRM software and sales pipeline management
  • self-motivated with a hustler's mindset
  • ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Job Qualifications

  • Proven success in sales within the travel and hospitality industry
  • experience with BPO services related to customer care and operational support
  • excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • strong understanding of travel and hospitality market dynamics
  • ability to build and maintain strategic client relationships

Job Duties

  • Own the Travel and Hospitality vertical by identifying and acquiring key clients in airlines, hotels, resorts, OTAs, and cruise lines
  • sell BPO solutions including reservation management, guest support, loyalty programs, and claims handling
  • build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers such as VPs of Operations, Heads of CX, and CEOs
  • stay informed on travel tech and industry trends to provide expert guidance
  • close deals efficiently, meeting and exceeding sales targets
