They ensure the vehicle lot is neat and orderly by moving vehicles as directed by sales managers. They assist in customer deliveries and are responsible for making sure all vehicles on display are clean, in good repair, and correctly labeled with window stickers. The driver requirements for this position include the ability to operate vehicles with manual transmission and drive across surrounding states to transport vehicles as needed. Mechanics skills come into play for minor repairs and general maintenance using hand and power tools. This role also involves assisting with weather-related cleanups and building maintenance tasks to keep the dealership environment attractive and functional.
