Job Requirements
- Valid California driver’s license and acceptable driving record
- Ability to safely operate automatic vehicles
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
- Ability to perform repetitive motions related to vehicle movement and preparation
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in automotive or similar environment beneficial but not required
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Professional demeanor when interacting with customers and staff
Job Duties
- Clean, fuel, and stage vehicles for display and customer viewings
- Assist customers with vehicle pick-ups, deliveries, and general non-sales inquiries
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales lot
- Safely move vehicles for test drives, sales staging, and deliveries
- Receive and inspect incoming inventory for visible damage and compliance with dealership standards
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned by management
