Job Requirements
- Possess a valid driver's license
- Maintain an acceptable driving record
- Successful completion of background screening
- Ability to handle physical demands including lifting and standing
- Adherence to company policies
- Ability to work weekends and cover shifts as needed
- Compliance with safety training on chemical handling
- Availability to maintain regular attendance
- Ability to wear proper uniform
- Willingness to follow instructions from management
Job Qualifications
- Valid Washington State driver's license
- Clean driving record
- Ability to operate pressure washers and steam cleaning equipment
- Capability to handle chemicals safely following training
- Basic physical fitness to stand, walk, sit, stoop, kneel, crouch and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to communicate courteously and professionally
- Willingness to work cooperatively with team members
- Attention to detail in vehicle maintenance and presentation
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Job Duties
- Handle and maintain vehicles and lot according to company standards
- Maintain a clean lot
- Maintaintain clean vehicles
- Check in new vehicles
- Drive vehicles to shop and back
- Promptly greet dealership customers and refer customers to proper departments
- Wipe down cars on showroom floor every morning
- Merchandise front line every morning
- Ensure all cars have a full tank of gas
- Properly wash and prepare cars for delivery
- Complete delivery form and sign off on work
- Wear proper uniform
- Remain at station on weekends with no exceptions
- Assure duties are covered before going to lunch
- Check delivery board every morning to ensure vehicles are ready for customer delivery
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
- Maintain regular attendance
- Work cooperatively and professionally with all personnel and customers
- Treat public and customers courteously and non-discriminatorily
- Adhere to company policy on non-discrimination and harassment
