Job Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license
  • Clean driving record in accordance with company policy
  • Ability to complete background screening and motor vehicle record review
  • Physical capability to perform intermittent standing, walking, sitting, stooping, kneeling, crouching
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds occasionally and carry 25 pounds frequently
  • Willingness to work full time
  • Compliance with company policies and safety directives
  • Ability to wear proper uniform
  • Availability to remain at station on weekends

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently
  • Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and safety
  • Customer service skills
  • Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, walking, and lifting as required
  • Reliability and punctuality

Job Duties

  • Handle and maintain vehicles and lot according to company standards including maintaining a clean lot, maintaining clean vehicles, check in new vehicles, drive vehicles to shop and back
  • Promptly greet dealership customers and refer customers to proper departments
  • Report directly to the sales managers
  • Wipe down cars on showroom floor every morning
  • Merchandise front line every morning
  • Ensure all cars have a full tank of gas
  • Properly wash and prepare cars for delivery
  • Complete delivery form and sign off on work
  • Wear proper uniform
  • Remain at station on weekends with no exceptions
  • Assure duties are covered before lunch
  • Check delivery board every morning to make sure vehicles are ready for delivery
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management
  • Maintain regular attendance
  • Work cooperatively and professionally with all personnel
  • Treat public and customers courteously and non-discriminatorily
  • Conform to company policy regarding non-discrimination and harassment
