Job Requirements
- valid driver's license and clean driving record
- must be able to work a flexible schedule (between Mon-Sun, 8a-8p)
- must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
- previous experience as a porter or in a similar role preferred
- excellent communication skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- manual transmission experience a plus
Job Duties
- greet and welcome customers as they arrive at the dealership
- assist customers with valet parking and retrieving their vehicles
- provide exceptional guest services by answering questions and addressing concerns
- drive vehicles to designated areas within the dealership premises for customer pick up and delivery
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area
- assist service advisors and technicians with various tasks as needed
- inspect vehicles for damage and report any issues to management
- fueling vehicles
- follow all safety procedures and protocols
- perform other duties as assigned by management
