Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2+ years' experience in sales or marketing operations
  • 1+ years' experience with marketing automation platforms
  • Experience with Zoho preferred

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2+ years' experience in sales or marketing operations with understanding of lead-to-revenue demand funnels and reporting
  • 1+ years' experience with marketing automation platforms such as Marketo, Pardot, or Eloqua
  • Experience with Zoho CRM preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and CRM systems like Zoho or Salesforce
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritize and maintain high-level organization and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional project management skills
  • Self-starter requiring minimal supervision

Job Duties

  • Administrator for Zoho CRM database including user setup, profiles and roles, customization for objects, fields, record types, page layouts, validations and user permissions
  • Manage vendor relationships including understanding new releases and ensuring problems are addressed according to service level agreements
  • Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to oversee demand generation analytics and reporting
  • Create and manage complex workflow rules, data validation, and triggers
  • Develop and create customized reports and dashboards
  • Train new and existing users on sales database applications
  • Provide technical support to application users by managing problems and enhancement requests
  • Create and maintain documentation on processes, policies, and application configuration
  • Serve as marketing automation administrator
  • Execute mass communications via email, automation, and integrated campaigns
  • Develop and run reports for team key performance indicators
