Job Duties

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
  • ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives
  • track key account metrics such as quarterly sales results and annual forecasts
  • assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations
  • liaise with internal teams to ensure proper post-sales service
  • develop standardized templates for repeated use
  • process orders including order entry, and perform order reviews for correct handling, pricing, quantities, and shipping data
  • manage and coordinate all resources in the account to deliver contracted services
  • partner with Federal and Strategic Accounts team to implement and manage client-specific business solutions by establishing and executing plans
  • manage strategic action plans with internal resources
  • follow all applicable company policies and procedures
  • assist with event coordination, swag purchases, expense reports, and general office administration
