Job Requirements
- Must be available to work full-time between 5 a.m. and 7 p.m. weekdays and weekends with schedule discussed at interview
- Solid work history and one or more years of experience in similar merchandising position
- Ability to bend stoop squat kneel reach and perform frequent to constant handling activities
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check drug screen math test physical and physical capacity test
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds regularly plus maneuver large bulky racks of product
- Must be reliable safe and positive
- Must uphold Franz core values
- This is a union position with Teamsters Local 690
Job Qualifications
- Proven work history of being reliable safe and positive
- Highly organized fast-paced and able to effectively communicate with a variety of individuals inside and outside the organization
- Experience in a similar merchandising position for 1 or more years
- Experience in bread bakery food industry is a plus
- Ability to uphold the Franz core values
- Must possess a clean driving record and provide current driving abstract from the department of licensing if called for an interview
Job Duties
- Responsible for maintaining bakery products in assigned stores including stocking shelves rotating outdated products to ensure freshness facing products to present bakery items in a pleasing manner and maintaining a neat and orderly appearance
- Drive company vehicle to deliver product to customer locations
- Responsible for loading and unloading product in company issued vehicle including pushing and pulling racks and trays of bakery products
- Additional duties and or responsibilities as assigned
