Job Requirements
- Part-time availability between 5 a.m. and 7 p.m. weekdays and weekends
- Ability to bend, stoop, squat, kneel, reach frequently
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds regularly and maneuver bulky racks
- Pass pre-employment background check, drug screen, math test, physical and physical capacity test
- Provide current driving abstract if called for interview
- Strong organizational skills
- Must uphold Franz core values
- Union position with Teamsters Local 2
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of experience in merchandising or similar role
- Experience in bread, bakery, or food industry preferred
- Proven ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated reliability and commitment to safety
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
Job Duties
- Maintain bakery products in assigned stores by stocking shelves, rotating outdated products to ensure freshness, facing products to present bakery items attractively, maintain neat and orderly appearance of bakery items
- Drive personal vehicle to deliver product to customer locations
- Load and unload product in company issued vehicle including pushing and pulling racks and trays
- Communicate effectively with store personnel and management
- Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned
