Job Requirements
- Develop and maintain sales and marketing plans
- Minimum of 2 years hotel sales experience
- Bachelors degree preferred or relative experience
- Previous brand experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills both oral and written
- Market knowledge of the Wilmington area a plus
- Passion for hotel sales

Job Duties
- Maintain a solid knowledge of occupancy trends and hotel availability to aid General Manager with yield management goals
- Prospect new business using wedding venues, city wide events, universities, sports, churches, etc.
- Produce weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual activity and booking reports required by the corporate office
- Use and maintain approved database to keep in touch with past clients
- Develop and maintain sales and marketing plans
- Enhance public and community relations
- Maintain and support the implementation of all CMC policies and procedures
- Maintain required brand training certifications
