Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Public Relations or Communications
  • Minimum 3 years experience in sales, client services or marketing
  • Knowledge of SMERF markets
  • Proficiency with CRM and sales software such as Salesforce and Delphi/Amadeus
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Experience in hospitality or event industry preferred
  • Ability to make mature and confident business decisions
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • Consistent attendance
  • Ability to accommodate disabilities
  • Strong organizational and reporting skills

Job Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of SMERF markets and passion for building relationships
  • Exceptional communication and presentational skills
  • Technical acumen to navigate point-of-sale and CRM systems including Salesforce, Delphi/Amadeus, and Horizon/SAP POS/ticketing systems
  • Knowledge and experience working in Frisco, Dallas, and surrounding hospitality and event industry preferred
  • Exhibits maturity and confidence in business decision-making
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook
  • Reasonable accommodation for individuals with disabilities
  • Consistent attendance required
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Public Relations or Communications
  • 3+ years experience in Sales, Client Services or Marketing, preferably in Frisco market or equivalent combination of education and experience

Job Duties

  • Manage all SMERF sales channel relationships to create high yield opportunities and achieve sales volume and revenue objectives via UKR ticket and vacation package products
  • Drive SMERF interest and revenue to maximize hotel occupancy during theme park seasonal closures
  • Partner closely with Universal Destinations & Experiences marketing and sales teams to support cross-departmental initiatives
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing accounts and engage with military ticket offices, religious conferences, youth groups, faith-based travel planners, and fraternal associations
  • Conduct site inspections, sales calls, and presentations to decision-makers in SMERF segments
  • Develop and manage existing accounts to build brand loyalty through sales training, presentations, marketing plans, and promotional events
  • Prepare reporting and performance analytics for channel clients and provide weekly activity reports using Salesforce
  • Understand and actively participate in environmental, health and safety responsibilities
  • Perform other duties as assigned
