Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, preferably in hospitality
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Strong client relationship management skills
  • Ability to lead and coach a team
  • Proficient in sales and CRM software
  • Strong communication skills
  • Availability to travel for client meetings and industry events

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, hospitality, or related field preferred
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the hospitality or hotel industry

Job Duties

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue goals
  • Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, event planners, and other business partners
  • Identify new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and attending industry events and conferences
  • Prepare and deliver engaging sales presentations to prospective clients
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to forecast revenue potential
  • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets
  • Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives
  • Prepare regular sales reports and analysis, tracking performance against targets
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients throughout the sales process
