Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, preferably in hospitality
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Strong client relationship management skills
- Ability to lead and coach a team
- Proficient in sales and CRM software
- Strong communication skills
- Availability to travel for client meetings and industry events
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, hospitality, or related field preferred
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the hospitality or hotel industry
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills

Job Duties
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue goals
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, event planners, and other business partners
- Identify new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and attending industry events and conferences
- Prepare and deliver engaging sales presentations to prospective clients
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to forecast revenue potential
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives
- Prepare regular sales reports and analysis, tracking performance against targets
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients throughout the sales process
