Job Duties
- Drive results by meeting assigned sales and revenue goals and hitting solicitation call targets
- proactively reach out with solicitation calls, lead sales tours, and host clients from leisure, SMERF, business travel, and group segments
- grow and nurture existing accounts across all segments, strengthening partnerships through attentive service and engagement
- monitor, analyze, and respond to evolving market trends to capture emerging business
- represent the hotel professionally while maintaining visibility in the community and industry groups
- adhere to Aimbridge Hospitality standards, sales metrics, and company regulations
- develop deep knowledge of hotel operations and policies, participate in meetings, promotions, and special functions, assist management as needed
