- 3-5 years of experience in group, FIT and business travel sales
- Strong client relationship management skills

- Proven leadership in guest hospitality
- Ability to draft proposals, contracts and reports
- Experience with sales database management
- Knowledge of hotel and hospitality industry
Job Duties
- Solicit new accounts to meet or exceed revenue goals
- Develop and grow client relationships
- Up-sell hotel rooms to meet sales and hotel goals
- Prospect and develop new accounts
- Follow up promptly on sales leads
- Prepare proposals and negotiate contracts
- Collaborate with hotel departments to execute group business
- Entertain clients and conduct site visits
- Maintain accurate sales records
- Research market opportunities
- Attend or host hotel events
- Assist with client billing
