Job Qualifications

  • commensurate or transfer skill set is of primary importance
  • bachelor’s degree in hotel or restaurant management
  • good attitude and work ethic practices to attain maximum operating efficiency while ensuring adherence to established guest satisfaction criteria
  • operational or service background or orientation
  • knowledge of food and beverage catering
  • able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays as required

Job Duties

  • maintain top accounts
  • prospect business for the pipeline and hit list
  • make direct sales calls in the market
  • handle group bookings and inquiries
  • send out contracts to verify rooms and meeting space commitments
