Job Requirements
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent skills
- one year in sales or customer service experience
- ability to write reports and business correspondence
- ability to effectively communicate to managers and employees, vendors, and customers
- U.S. work authorization (required)

- Bachelor's degree in hospitality, sales or marketing from a technical college or university
- two or more years of sales or industry experience preferably in hospitality
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to write reports and business correspondence
- experience with CRM systems and sales metrics analysis
- strong networking and relationship-building abilities
- proactive and self-motivated with a competitive spirit
Job Duties
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities in assigned market segments through cold outreach, networking, inbound inquiries, and referrals
- tailor sales strategies and communication styles to engage clients or members while maintaining brand consistency
- develop and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with prospective and existing clients by providing timely follow-up and personalized service
- attend relevant trade shows, expos, networking events, or community activities to represent the organization
- meet or exceed sales and revenue goals, regularly reviewing key metrics and pipeline for improvement
- collaborate with operations and events teams to ensure client needs are met during execution
- compile and analyze reports on segment performance, client feedback, lost opportunities, and conversion trends
- work with marketing teams to craft and deliver segment-specific campaigns and promotions
- maintain up-to-date client records in CRM systems and use data insights to drive retention and cross-selling
- demonstrate agility by stepping into other sales segments or supporting peers as needed
