Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in hotel sales
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Proficient with hotel sales and CRM software
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team

- Experience in hotel sales process and functions
- Proven track record as a top producer within hotel sales
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to prepare and present sales proposals
- Experience working within a team environment
- Leadership abilities and project management skills
- Familiarity with Hyatt systems and service coordination
Job Duties
- Sell guest rooms, meeting space and other Hyatt services to customer groups, managing accounts, and conduct site inspections, solicit and generate business
- Prepare and present effective proposals
- Maintain well organized documentation and reports
- Utilize Hyatt systems and coordinate customer service requirements as appropriate
- Participate and may lead meetings
- Work as a team member with sales and catering staff and maintain close contact with administrative and support staff
- Solicit, through direct sales and marketing contacts, the most complex accounts which exhibit potential for business
- Take on leadership functions and assist Director of Sales and Marketing with projects
