Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 1-3 years of hotel sales or comparable experience
  • Proficiency in general computer knowledge
  • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
  • Desire to satisfy customer needs in a fast paced environment
  • Completion of relevant training such as Hyatt Corporate Management Training Program preferred
  • Experience in selling, negotiating, business writing and presentation skills training preferred

Job Duties

  • Selling guest rooms
  • Selling meeting space and other Hyatt services
  • Managing customer accounts
  • Conducting site inspections
  • Soliciting and generating new business
  • Preparing and presenting proposals
  • Maintaining documentation and reports
