Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 2-5 years experience in sales management
  • 1-2 years experience in freight forwarding operations
  • Proficiency in ITS/Nextgen and CRM systems
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to travel as needed
  • Ability to work remotely or in hybrid model

  • 2-5 years in sales management
  • 1-2 years in freight forwarding operations
  • Understanding of customs brokerage processes and freight forwarding operations
  • Proven ability to exceed sales targets
  • Proficiency in ITS/Nextgen, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and detail-oriented abilities
  • Team player with collaborative mindset
  • Sales leadership experience preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Sales training or certifications preferred
  • Multilingual skills a plus

Job Duties

  • Develop new business
  • Maintain and strengthen client relationships
  • Craft and deliver compelling sales pitches
  • Negotiate competitive pricing with clients, agents, vendors, and carriers
  • Collaborate with executives and regional managers to align strategies
  • Manage sales pipeline using CRM tools and MS Teams
  • Stay updated on freight forwarding trends, regulations, and market conditions
  • Travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events
